Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM Services is looking for a proficient SAP Plant Maintenance (Team Lead level) with depth and breadth of functional, technical and industry experiences focusing on S/4 HANA combined with Life-Science industry leading practices. Candidate should have solid and hands on experience with PM and QM SAP modules as well as deep understanding of Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical industry experience in SAP Plant Maintenance including asset management, calibration management, corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, spare consumption, refurbishment of repairable spares, variant Configuration with Engineering Change management (ECM) and external services. Also, candidate is required to have experience in preparing Maintenance Plans (Time based and Performance based), with a strong experience in Master data Management - Materials masters, Equipment Master, Functional Locations and Work Centers. Candidate should be able to independently run workshops and design business processes using Industry best practices. Candidate is also expected to also have integration experiences with other functional domains such as Project Systems, Materials Management, and FI/CO modules.

The candidate should be able to work independently and provide relevant thought leadership in defining solutions and manage end to end delivery of the complex projects within the plant maintenance, manufacturing and planning space. In addition, candidates are expected to play a leading role in developing the SAP SCM practice, enrichment marketplace eminence and grow business by actively leading sales cycles.
