Job Description

Mission

Take care of key business stakeholders (e.g. divisions and supporting functions at HQ and country

level) in all areas of IT aspects including business and IT liaison management, business specific

requirements and related implementations, IT service/project and cost/allocation alignment and IT

satisfaction in key stakeholder perspectives. Lead all account managers in his/her responsible

scope (e.g. divisions and support functions)

What are my responsibilities?

·       Act as IT Partner and Account Manager for a specific business Division or Supporting Function and proactively provide business and IT liaisons as single-contact-window and major communication channel to the business aligned with the defined communication concept/contents and country specific context.

·       Provide inputs to ensure IT Strategy is aligned with the business needs and in support of Business Strategy

·       Manage the portfolio of demands, projects and services in alignment with Division HQ and Lead Country business

·       Act as owner of business required specific IT projects, in charge of business-organizational aspects of an IT project and accountable for lifecycle

·       Lead a group of account managers in his/her scope (e.g. division or support functions)

·       Manage and specify business information (budget, forecast, actuals and consumptions) for divisional services or projects that is essential for setting up priorities with regards to IT, in liaison with LC IT Managers and Business Administration team.

·       Understand, measure, drive and report customer satisfaction from senior/key stakeholder perspective

What do I need to qualify for this job?

·       Min. 8 years in IT area

·       Collaboration and Communication across Teams, Departments and Countries, esp. with executives

·       Strong customer focus orientation

·       Leadership / motivator / facilitator / team developer

·       Used to work in a multicultural environment across various countries (preferably lived abroad)

·       Extensive knowledge of Siemens Policies, Procedures and standards are preferred

·       Good knowledge and experience of Siemens businesses and their specific requirements are preferred

·       Proven knowledge of Siemens methods and tools, applications and processes are preferred

·       Fluent English speaking
