Mission

Support the SE IT IN APAC Head leading the China and Asia IT infrastructure team for the transition and transformation of existing IT Infrastructure to state of art and cost-effective architecture and solutions. Utilize as much as possible cloud-based Infrastructure and applications for continuous optimization of IT infrastructure and applications. Stimulate innovations and introduce digitalization technologies to the IT infrastructure for applications and manufacture/production lines.

Responsibilities

1.  Local solution architect which is familiar with and has a firm knowledge of the local Chinese laws and government regulations e.g. state secret law, china data protection law, cyber security law, specific local cloud solution, and other government regulations

2.  Service manager/Team Lead for local operation team in China covering the Siemens Energy datacenter, Voice and network operation in China responsible for (but not limited to) the following ITIL processes: service mgmt., configuration mgmt., change mgmt., SLA fulfillment/reporting, request mgmt., incident mgmt., problem mgmt. and etc.

3.  Support for APAC specific regional solutions and planning and executing the transition to the future mode of operation due to fact that currently the majority of services are run in self ops (by Siemens SOP IT and contracted via TSA). This very specific and country by country different solutions need to be transformed to and integrated in the future global SE IT IN solution portfolio.

Qualification

1.     Min. 8 years in IT area preferable; 5-year service experience preferred

2.     Min. 4 year in IT service project

3.     IT leadership role of a team of min. 4 employees in IT operations

4.     At least 1-year life or work experience abroad or work experience in international teams.
