Mission:

Implements defined Supplier QM policies, contributes to achievement of respective targets, and establishes and manages quality operations, controlling and reporting systems, for assigned organization units or assigned commodities or supplier base

What are my responsibilities?            

Supplier quality management via monitoring KPI, audit and CIP

通过监控关键绩效指标, 审核和持续改进管理供应商质量                                                 

Being contact person in SQM-Network and the owner of the SQM Lab

作为供应商质量管理网络的接口人和SQM实验室的负责人                                                                     

Involvement in source decision, localization, supplier evaluation and supplier development and audit

参与供应商选定，国产化，供应商评估和供应商开发和审核                                                                    

Involvement in the definition, implementation and development of the commodity team and of the SQM-related processes

参与国产化小组及SQM相关流程的定义，执行和发展                                                               

Regular supplier quality system audit（IATF16949/ISO9001）

定期供应商体系审核 （IATF16949/ISO9001）                                                   

Supplier process audit and product validation.

供应商过程审核，包括产品认证                                                

Supplier NC material handling and corrective action follow up

供应商不合格品处理以及改进措施跟进  

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor or above / 本科以上学历

Familiar with quality management and control tools, process - control (Test plan), CIP methods, system knowledge (QMS, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3), supplier audit

质量管理工具，过程控制（检验及测试计划），持续改进方法，体系知识 (QMS,TS 16949,VDA 6.3)，供应商审核                                                                                                                                       

Excellent English communication skill / 卓越的英语交流能力

Good MS-office knowledge / 良好的微软办公软件技能
