What are my responsibilities?

• Establish, maintain and implement equipment TPM plan (including but not limited periodic check, repairing, overhaul, modification and upgrade) in cooperation with Manufacturing Engineers and production.
• 同工艺工程师及生产共同建立设备维护保养管理规定（包括点检、维修、大修、升级、改造等）并负责实施
• Establish and manage evaluation principle, process and database for equipment operation condition with systematic methodology, e.g. CMK. Monitor equipment operation and take preventive measures to avoid equipment failure and improve equipment operation performance
• 建立并管理设备运行状态评估流程和数据库。监控设备运行状况，采取主动预防措施以规避设备故障隐患并提升设备使用效率
• Manage maintenance team and develop competency continuously.
• 管理设备维护团队，并持续提升团队能力。
• Manage equipment spare parts, tooling and fixtures, ensure the availability of spare parts for critical equipment
• 管理设备备件、工具及工装等资产，确保关键设备备件及时可用。
• Promote and implement production equipment's automation and digitalization in cooperation with Manufacturing engineers.
• 同工艺工程师共同推进设备的自动化及数字化。
• Complete other tasks assigned by superior
• 完成领导交办的其它任务。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• 10 years above experience of equipment maintenance management in machinery or electrical manufacturing industry.
• 年以上机械或电子制造行业设备维护管理经验。
• 5 years management experience of leading a team no less than 10 people (including engineer and blue collar
• 人的团队管理经验（包括工程师和蓝领）
• Strong leadership and capability of planning, organize and coach
• 具有强力的计划，组织，导向的领导能力
• Major in Automation, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, bachelor degree or above
