Responsibilities:

Business Control

Analyze business financial key data, give advice to improve performance, take lead on action implementation.

Working Capital Management

In order to keep business working capital in a reasonable level to ensure a healthy cash flow, monitor & improve working capital with a focus on inventory.

Budget & Forecast

Support budget planning and monthly rolling forecast.

Financial Period Closing

In order to complete an audit-able financial period closing, organize department for month end & year end closing by checking order status, figure bookings, and accrual & provisions.

Communication & Reporting

In order to achieve business target, communicate with colleagues to make them understand how daily work impacts financial performance.

As required by management inside & outside (SLC & HQ), prepare report to give business performance transparency.

Cost Productivity Reporting

Monthly review, report and push cost productivity measures.

Other Tasks Assigned by Team Leader or Department Manager

Requirements

Minimum 10 years finance experience in manufacture companies                                                               

Cost productivity (saving)                                                                                                                                       

Lead a team minimum 2 persons.                                                                                                                                            

Respect and collaborate colleagues from different countries and religious background.
