What are my responsibilities?

1. Responsible for establishing and improving comprehensive VPI & Painting manufacturing technology process and standard (SOP) for DD products.   
2. Establish, qualify and implement local manufacturing technology road-map / process based on product design requirement & headquarter working instruction.                  
3. Based on manufacturing road-map / process, define production equipment requirement, plan equipment layout, design tooling and fixture, etc.                   
4. Create and maintenance SOP for product manufacturing process. Responsible for training of production operator, solving manufacturing process issues during production.                           
5. Participate new product/customized product FAI / trial production. Define standard routine time. Continuous improvement on manufacturing technology in order to increase productivity.
6. Quick response of all technical related problems in production, support NC cases.                                                

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Major in Mechanical，Electrical Engineering or material science Bachelor or above / 机械, 电气工程或材料科学专业， 本科以上学历

Advance English level in reading & writing, average English level in speaking & listening / 较强的英语读写能力，普通的英语听说能力

Good communication skills / 良好的沟通技巧

Systematically logic analysis & problem-solving skill / 系统的逻辑分析能力和解决问题能力

Strong time management & tasks prioritization skill / 具有较强的时间管理能力和任务优先级管理能力
