Mission:

Product life cycle management, including product technical specification clarification with customer, design proposal implementation, new product introduction, engineering change management, product cost & EBIT understanding, DTC measures implementation & tracking etc.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Technical specification clarification with customer;
2. New product introduction by BOM creation, drawing reviewing, SAP operation;
3. Creating generator components 3D model, drawings by using NX, Team Center;
4. Engineering change management by full consideration of purpose, intend, affected scope, function, implementation of full engineering changes;
5. Continuous DTC measures creation, implementation, tracking. Understand the product EBIT & cost status.

What do I need to qualify for this job?           

1. Motor & wind generator mechanical knowledge
2. 3 years or above working experience in motor or wind generator industry is preferred
3. basic project management skill & time management skill
4. customer oriented attitude & strong communication skill
5. 3D software skill. FE analysis software skill
6. Good English skills
