Mission:

Ensures and improves the supplier quality in the assigned area (e.g. production materials or goods for resale). Implements SQM requirements regarding preventive actions, technical specifications and qualification of suppliers.

What are my responsibilities:

Applies preventive quality methods aimed at risk minimization to achieve supplier and component quality performance continuous improvement

以质量风险最小化为目标的应用质量预防方法,实现供应商和元件质量持续改进                                        

Collaborates in the creation of material technical specifications and production support.

与技术部门合作制定材料技术规范并支持生产                                                                

Implements specified qualification measures（Audit, testing, FAI, etc.) to achieve supplier and component qualification for business requirements

执行具体的质量认证措施（审核， 测试， 首件报告等)， 完成供应商和元件的放行满足业务需求                    

Organizing and participates in quality meetings with suppliers.

组织和参与供应商质量会议                                                                  

Collaborates in supplier development programs and commodity strategy definition

参与供应商发展计划和元件策略制定                                                     

Implements complaints managements with supplier.

实现供应商投诉管理                                                    

Participate in localization project

参与国产化项目                                                           

Complete other tasks assigned by superior.

Continuous improvements take place under the lean principles within own responsibility. Well understand and strictly follow up the requirements of national laws and SEDL QMS documents so as to ensure the quality of product, service and process qualified and continuously improved.

Strictly comply with and implement the responsibility and obligation in signed <SEDL EHS Commitment Letter>. Ensure to comply with national, local EHS laws and regulations, Siemens and SEDL EHS requirements.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Bachelor or above / 本科以上学历

Good English communication skill / 良好的英语交流能力

MS-office knowledge / 微软办公软件技能

Familiar with process audit ,VDA 6.3 is preferred ; 熟悉过程审核，熟悉VDA 6.3优先考虑

Familiar with Q-Tools & professional in supplier quality management; 熟悉质量工具 & 精通供应商质量管理
