Job Description

What are my responsibilities?

- Design, drive and organize new employees on board procedure

-Travel arrangement for managers, working hour report, purchasing office supply, dept. car arrangement, mail sending/receipt

- Event/ outing/ seminar /business meeting organization

- Asset Management

- Accounting voucher management

- Authorization Management

- Coordinate control work in close cooperation with other function in PA PSS

- Coordinate internal & external works in PA PSS

- Assist department to deal with daily administration and file management

- Documentation, recording and filing      

- Other office support to managers and team members

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Good command of both written and spoken English

-Have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

-Professional use of Microsoft Office software

-Bachelor above
