Your tasks and responsibilities:

1.     Supports day-to-day business activities and ensure order level monitoring of project status versus milestones (eg. for revenue recognition).

2.     Promote the BA team as commercial partner to the sales organization and ensure to provide full finance support and control during the whole sales stage (pre-bid phase to contract finalization and to project operation) for the assigned regions.

3.     Monitor the execution of contractual terms and conditions, Review of LoA Checklists vs project, order calculation, contract amendments are in line with the rules and Guidelines.

4.     Deliver the reliable assessment of up-to-date forecast of the orders to be booked for the month and quarter and ensure OI & TO FC accuracy on monthly/quarterly basis for the assigned regions.

5.     Responsible for order execution and solving TO related commercial challenges and take the measures to mitigate all kinds of risks related to the deliveries (slot, payment, room readiness). Ensure proper TO data maintaince for the assigned sales zone in TIME to improve project transparancy and ensure TO FC accuracy.

6.     Manage all 3rd-Party Service Providers (Forwarder, OEM Vendor etc.) to track & monitor the transportations and ensure the best possible business outcome concerning service and cost.

7.     Close coordiantion with Sales, BA RPM, BPO to enhance cross-team collaborating for the for securing the transparency and the movement of the projects for the assigned regions

8.     Other job tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Your qualifications and experience:

1.     More than 3 years professional working expirience in order management, commercial finance related job family.

2.     Bachelor degree (or above) with major in Business Administration related
