【Mission】： The senior planning specialist will be responsible for demand planning process, order process and system management, include but not are limited in forecast, order releasing, PTO, SAP system control, master data review.

【Responsibilities】:
1. Forecast management. Develop & regular review/update 6 months rolling sales forecast with commercial team. And routine track & improve the forecast accuracy.
2. Placing orders for reagents & consumbles on the computer system and e-mail to suppliers, ensuring confirmation of orders.Following up backorders by suppliers.
3. Maintaining customs purchasing and supplier files as required.
4. Advising order status and product availability; coordinate with Marketing for the allocation of reagents & consumbles.
5. Follow up supplier back-orders, facilitate the efficient processing of customer orders.
6. Advising order status and product availability.
7. Provide the reports as per company requests(such as inventory, orders and etc.)
8. Compliance with company quality system.
9. Other related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.

【Experience】
Good background in Purchasing and Planning highly regarded. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products is preferred. At least 3 years experience in the field of Dignostics regarding Purchasing or Planning.
University degree or adequate job experience preferred in logistics.
