Then come and join our global team as Sr. Planning Specialist to communicate with customers (internal & external), manage demand, make manufacturing plan and material plan including but not limited to forecast, order releasing, master data review. The responsibility will also include handling daily buyer relative activities, guarantee on time delivery and control inventory at a reasonable level.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will own MPS (master production schedule) &MRP (material requirement plan) process.
• You will support project & NPI launch by completing SKU master file for new products/materials and maintaining new products/materials into supply planning system.
• You will be responsible to inventory management. You need to regularly review parameters setting and make adjustment. You shall also timely highlight aging stock, analyze root cause and drive liquidation actions, propose for monthly/quarterly stock provision, prevent scrap through monitoring overall stock, define priority level with taking into account of the fast or slow moving
• You will convert PR&PO, monitoring on time delivery and control inventory at a reasonable level.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You should have more than 5 years of professional experience within logistics, ideally Professional in a IVD or pharmacy multinational company.
• should have experience in handling logistical processes, experience in spare parts processes preferred.
• trong in data analysis and inventory management experience.
• You need Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.

Your attributes and skills:

• You need to good at English both in verbal and written.
• You need to have good command of Microsoft Word and Excel skill. Knowledge in Access Database is a plus
