Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Leverages BL resources and develops objectives and strategies for the overall effectiveness and execution of marketing plans and events.
- Responsible for national/regional meetings and workshops in alignment with annual plan and strategies. 
- Selects, develops, and evaluates internal and external speakers in alignment with regional and team leadership to ensure the efficient operation of meeting and achievement of strategic meeting/event/project goals.
- Responsible of promotional channels including social media, publications, training platforms, etc. 
- Responsible for management of KOL relationship and BP training management.
- Fully support other operation related assignments
Experience: 
-     At least 10 years adequate job experience in marketing function within medical industry
-     The ability to use different communication methods both remotely and face to face 
-     Effective communication skills both written and verbal and good teamwork
-     Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications in 
particular expert knowledge of Excel 

-     Bachelor degree or above, preferred in Medical or natural sciences
