Your tasks and responsibilities:
1, Manage technical support team on assigned modality
2, Manage and site-specific support to the field in any technical issues related to the assigned modality
3, Comply to national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare
4, Provide support in the sale of service products, such as maintenance contracts, EPS, SRS etc. to business management
5, Maintain highest customer satisfaction incl. profitability in particular within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services
6, Develop customer service engineers's training in coordination with the region technical managers and customer service managers
7, Support service operation from Technical side
8, Support, plan and implement the service budget within the assigned modality
9, (Sr. Technical Manager only) Coach new hired Technical Manager and cultivate successor
10, Adverse event cooperation with QT and DCU base on Technical aspect such technical investigation and MDR translation.
11, work with SAM keep monitoring and solving GRP

Your qualifications and experience:
Bachelor degree (or above) with magor in bioengineering/electric
>10 years experience within customer service in the field of medical equipment
