Your tasks and responsibilities:

·        Business partner (BP) performance reporting, conduct high quality analysis performance report by Business line/Sales zone/Customer segment to derive decisions and actions

•  Interaction with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, and prepare in-depth reports based on demand

• BP sales data preparing upon audit request

• Prepare direct sales monitoring by sales zone

• Design, development and implementation of Dashboards

• Other related projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company

• Support annual target setting with data analytics

• Funnel/market analysis  to help realize market transparency and realize high sales performance

• Data support/analysis for Channel adjustment

• Quarterly report (Top 10 BPs, customer segment analysis, product analysis)

• PWC project support

• Business Partner China for board meeting

• Hospital master data maintenance  (TBD)

   

 

Your qualifications and experience:

·        Good communication skills and teamwork spirit

• Effective problem solving and structured thinking

•  3+ years professional experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in fields of sales operation

·        Excellent MS Excel Skills, knowledge of one or more major BI tools (Qliksense,Tableau, etc.)is a plus              

·        Experience in business/market analytics is preferred

·        University/master degree in medicine, engineering, natural sciences, economics, or in a comparable discipline
