Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide support and
guidance to sales team to achieve sales target in assigned territories
or assigned customers for assigned medical product lines.

- Guide sales team to Identify continuously opportunities
for growth and improvement in existing
public market or key market and
develop new customers and business

- - Develop and maintain close relationship with
customers in assigned territories, contact closely with named accounts / KOL
for long-term business growth.

- Cooperate with cross functional departments, to ensure
full customer satisfaction.

- Act as first escalation instance, for respectively
occurring business cases and issues.

- Develop channel and support Regional Director to manage
Business Partner in assigned territories.

- Lead project management in assigned territories.

- Give constant coach to sales team for skill enhancement
and development.

- Support sales team for recruitment, motivation and
retention.
协助管理销售团队,包括人员的招聘、留任和激励等相关工作。
- Other tasks assigned by management.

Your qualifications and
experience:
- 6-years above working experience, 3-years experience in
project management, 1-year management experience within sales function.
6年以上的工作经验,3年以上的销售项目管理经验,1年以上的销售管理经验。
- Rich knowledge of sales cycle, opportunity management
and negotiation tactics.
对于销售周期、销售机会管理和谈判策略等方面具备丰富知识。
- Familiar with sales workflow, and understand sales
chain.

- Business result-oriented, intercultural sensitivity,
logical-thinking.

- Positive attitude, be able to work under high pressure.

Chinese as good command of English.
