Monitor and anlyize medical device regulatory requirements, communicate to H QT & BL's about new regulatory development trend;

Establish and implement product approval process, continue to optimize and improve the process based on experience learnt from projects and best practice from industry;

Setup and develop RA team to ensure achieving product licenses efficiently and economically;

Close communicate with external and internal partner, take proactive action or adapt registration strategy according to regulation change;

Maitain or develop good working relation with certification or testing body, as well as relevant government department to improve working efficiency;

Coordinate and arrange the regulatory related workshop with internal and external departments if need;

Provide support for pre- and post market regulatory issues;

Support market research on planned government and competition activities.
