Then come and join our global team as Regional Portfolio Manager

Your tasks and responsibilities:
• Development of Regional Strategy based on the portfolio, business requirements (Divisional view) and market developments
• Drive and monitor the implementation of the regional strategy and its success
• Develop Location Concepts, Option Comparisons & Strategic Plans with support from AMUs and OS
• Support investment and divestment strategies with real estate specific strategic aspects and figures
• Responsible for directing and participating in large and complex transformation projects within the region
• Strengthen Portfolio Risk Management in the AMUs
• Provide support to AMUs for I-Application processes, implement Quality Gates, and coordinate with SHS RE
• As real estate portfolio management specialist this role provides regional governance and ensures implementation of relevant operational standards, processes and guidelines in all aspects of real estate portfolio management
• Ensure a business-driven quality planning in SHS RE EA. Develop guidelines and a consistent RE quality management system based on quality related requirements and in alignment with SHS RE Process Framework
• SHS RE EA process consulting and process house management; Aris modeling and description (ARIS owner); Controlling of embedded quality in processes and projects in SHS RE EA; Process continuous improvement projects in SHS RE EA; Process assessment
• Design of an appropriate quality information system. Report quality performance to SHS RE EA Head and use the results to initiate improvement activities
• Plan, initiate and coordinate continuous improvement on facility and information management systems

Your qualifications and experience:
1. +10 years of professional experience in corporate real estate business, preferably in MNCs.
2. Comprehensive understanding of Siemens business standards, processes and operational requirements for corporate real estate and portfolio management.
3. Excellent large-scale and complex corporate industrial and office real estate project track record
4. Strong in process and quality management, with a solid competency in financial controlling.
5. Creative, proactive expert with strong international communication skills combined with a pragmatic, robust and hands-on implementation approach; with the ability to work effectively with people of different cultural backgrounds.
6. Analytical and result oriented approach to delivering technically and financially viable solutions with the ability to work under high pressure.
7. Constantly self-updated with state of the art construction technology.
• Fluent English language skills, additional languages are a plus.
8. Relevant experience in cooperating with and the leadership of cross-functional and multinational teams.
9. International real estate portfolio management experience, particularly in APAC region.
10. In addition to the classic office & factory building expertise in plant construction & hospital construction is desirable. Bachelor degree or above
