Job Description

Position Summary

The SMB renewals sales rep works within DME Team , and undertakes a variety of rol es critical to the success of growing Adobe's revenue. The role directl y manages SMB renewal accounts to maintain customer renew and id entifying and qualifying upsell business opportunities. You will need to understand and interpret customer requirements and drive renewal account to be renewed on time and get upsell as much as possible, As SMB renewals s ales rep, you will carry a revenue target which is measured quarterly.

Respons i bi l i ties:

  • Exceed Quarterly and Annual Renewal Revenue Targets
  • Drive upsell among existing renewal accounts, achieve/ exceed upsell sales target
  • Manage customer deployment, work with partner to follow-up with customer to improve deployment, achieve deployment target
  • Manage partner renewal sales rep, ensure partner renewal business success
  • Conduct regular renewal sales review with partners and get partner feedback to management team
  • Build and maintain a required renewal schedule and track pipeline progress
  • Execute call campaigns around new product l aunches and other sales initiatives.
  • Manage and close pipeline of renewal deal s by driving all aspects of the sales cycle
  • Prepare activity and weekly forecast , monthly renewal review report
  • Work with the outsourced firm to conduct AP activities and manage them on high productivity
  • Work cross-functionally with renewal AP teleSAM and channel account manager, business development, Solution consulting team and marketing in order to drive renewals sales objectives like industry program/campaigns, upsell program

Requirement:

  • Experience on sales role
  • Must have a proven track record in achieving &. over-achieving targets within an IT Sales capacity, preferably selling Software Solutions.
  • Preferably have completed a degree in business, IT, marketing or similar
  • Highl y motivated and proactive
  • Team Work
  • Passion to inspire team member to go high
  • Strong verbal communication skills (talking and listening)
  • English ski l l s (Readin g , written and spoken)
