SMVS Internal Logistics Engineer 厂内物流规划工程师

       Location: Wuxi

Mode of employment: Full time only

What are my responsibilities?

• Streamline existing internal material flow from lean perspective.
• Optimize current layout\flow\method\tool\package\IT system to improve efficiency of material handling and meet yearly cost saving target.
• Develop lean replenishment method basing "Line Back Principle"; Package design for internal make-part and evaluate package proposal for buy parts; Build up PFEP database.
• Take responsibility of problem solving of daily running, support inventory accuracy management and causer analyze for deviation.
• Draft work instruction of material handling, coach supervisor and material handlers.
• Support projects and matters of other department related to Internal logistics.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
 

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering/ Logistics management major or above.
• 3+ year experiences planning and optimization of material flow\layout\package design\material management.
• Have the knowledge and working experience of the supply chain process; familiar with supply chain related IT system and MES system, prefer experience on SAP.
• Have knowledge and experiences of logistics equipment.
• Have the knowledge and working experience about MTM\ergonomics\route planning, etc.
• Experience in project management.
• Have the knowledge and working experience about support and initiate the continuous improvement regarding the efficiency improving, wastage reduction and so on.
• Strong ownership, teamwork manner, cross function coordination & communication skill, down to earth attitude.
• Skilled in office software, such as Excel (Marco is preferred), PPT, Word, CAD, Project;
• Background with Industry 4.0 or machine automation.
• English skill is necessary.
