1. Execution of the procurement strategy of mechanical parts to fully support to fulfill SNC Tianjin growing demands with more competitive cost, better quality/delivery performance and best effectiveness.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Implementation as strategies for SNC Tianjin commodity to assure a stable supply, a good quality and the most competitive price.

执行SNC天津采购战略，确保供应物料的质量、价格优势及稳定性。

2. Implementation localization activity as required planning

按照要求的计划实施国产化。

3. Perform Supplier Management: supplier selection, qualification, evaluation and development. Implement supply base rationalization and second source development to ensure an optimum supply chain.

实行供应商管理，负责供应商甄选、认证、评估及开发工作。优化供应商基础，开发第二供应商梯队，以保证供应链安全稳定。

4. Perform activities (negotiation, e-sourcing, supplier day and etc..) to achieve defined annual KPIs.

通过实施谈判、网上竞价、供应商大会等活动，完成年度绩效目标。

5. Good contract management sense, such as periodically contract checking, contract archive, contract expiry management etc.) in order to ensure the accurate contracts timelines.

合同管理能力，良好合同管理意识，如定期合同检讨，合同存档，合同有效期管理等）,保证本司合同存档时效性正确；

6. Have the certain leadership and ownership to driver the internal department /external supplier resource to achieve SPR KPI                                                                                

具备一定的主人翁和领导力来推动内部资源和外部供应商资源达成SPR的KPI

7. Close cooperation with logistics, quality and engineering departments， prioritize and solving problem

与物流、质量、及设计部门密切合作,及时解决问题

What do I need to qualify for the job?

1. At least 5 years purchasing experience in foreign owned manufacturing company.

5年以上外资制造业企业采购工作经验

2. Excellent English skills, has experience in using SAP, Project management, Problem solving and execution

流利的英语沟通能力，拥有SAP，项目管理 ，问题解决能力和执行力。

3. Negotiation ability on supplier management, commercial and technical terms with suppliers. Serious & trustworthy working style, and self-control.
