Your mission and responsibilities:

1. Follow instruction / processes and finish assigned task in production with high quality and high efficiency

   遵循作业指导书，在保证质量的前提下高效完成指派工作任务；

2. Lead the Factory Installation and finish assign takes to meet company quality/ efficiency standard and get high customer satisfaction ratio

   主导工厂安装并以公司质量管理与效率的标准完成指派的任务，争取获得更高的顾客满意度；

3. Report testing problem, errors in time and fixed problem base on instruction

   及时报告测试问题，错误并根据指导书解决问题；

4. Proactively drive to fix testing problem, errors, from production, process point of view;

   站在生产与流程的立场，积极主动推动解决生产问题，错误；

5. Ensure the proper use of tool & test equipment, maintain and calibrate installation tools on time.确保正确使用工具和测试设备，按时维护校准安装工具

6. Drive to fixing problem during Factory Installation, ensure short production testing cycle time and high first pass yield 在生产过程中，推动整个测试流程，确保较短的测试周期和较高的一次性通过率；

7. Finish record / report / documentation in time with good quality; 正确并及时完成记录/报告/文档的填写；

Your qualifications and experiences:

1. Minimum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing / service is required 具备至少2年在制造业/服务业领域的工作经验

2. Electric and machenical instllation skill of AX products

   具有机械或电子方面的安装技能

3. Basic practice in Micro office software, e.g. Excel, PPT and word;

   具有基本的办公软件技能；

4. Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in mandarin as well as English(CET4/6 is plus); 中级的普通话和英语口语与书面沟通技能（有CET4/6为佳）

5. College degree or above with major in mechanical, electronically or mecharonically 电气工程/电气自动化/机械电子/相关专业专科或以上学历
