Job Description
Your mission and responsibilities:
  1. Drives the continuous process to identify and define customer features (e.g. by regular customer visits/interviews, customer workshops, competition analysis) to deliver the most competitive, innovative and cost effective solution for our customers.       
  2. Generates the requirement specification documents (PRS) for the specific MR products in the defined market segment.
  3. Develops a deep customer understanding in order to specify the best product (feature set and cost position) for a clearly defined market segment.
  4. Drives the preparation of Business Plans
  5. Drives and monitors the required features through the entire product development process and support engineering with clinical/customer feedback.
  6. Reviews functional specifications and participates in project steering group meetings
  7. Contributes to the product portfolio and strategy process with product and customer related competence.
  8. Drives and supports preparation and execution of M-Milestones
  9. Supports marketing activities during product introduction with expertise and in the required processes (e.g. on congresses, customer visits and customer events)
  10. Ensures success of the Project/Product during the complete life cycle.
Your qualifications and experiences:
  1. Several years experience in Product Management and/or Business Development
  2. Knowledge about MR system (Hardware, Software, Application) as well as MR market         
  3. Knowledge about the PLM process and good understanding of cross-functional teamwork activities within the PLM lifecycle                                                                                                     
  4. Strong personal skills and language skills (English) needed as of frequent cross-country communication and alignment
