Your mission and responsibilities:

  

-Prepare, operate and execute the budget/forecast for the key financial positions.

  

-Perform analysis of business performance for management review

  

-Drive the continuous improvement and strong involvement in productivity projects

  

-Identify and report the business risk with providing sound professional proposals

  

-Comply with global/local governance for specific Controlling processes (e.g. investment, quality control)

  

-Monitor functional targets to in line with the company targets

  

-Ad hoc projects

    

Your qualifications and experiences:

  

-Bachelor degree or above of Finance, at least 5 years' experience in controlling or comparable functions, preferred: Business budgeting, control, procurement chain and strategic planning.

  

-Familiar with finance report GAAP and structure

  

-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

  

-Strong presentation and communication skills

  

-Good collabration spirit, be open for change

  

-Strong leaning and influence ability

  

-Be good at office tool, e.g. PPT, Excel

  

-Excellent English written and verbal communication skill
