What are my responsibilities?

·       Aim to ensure compliance in accounting area by monitoring financial development and achievement.

·       Sparring business partners (management and other operational departments) to support business success by providing professional advisories on accounting and financial matters and by monitoring and controlling the risks and opportunities.

·       Aim to provide accurate financial reports in time, including Budget, FC etc.

·       Monitor and control internal risks. Raise suggestions in financial matters to improve operational efficiency. Become strong supporters of business partners by providing suggestions and advisories in financial aspect based on analysis.

·       To optimize and make sure inventory and AR and AP by control and monitor inventory movement and overdue AR and ensure monthly clearance in GR/IR etc.

·       Leading the team of DT Controller

What do I need to qualify for this job?
 

·       Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting or other relevant discipline

·       SAP expertise with proven track record

·       Over 8 years’ working experience, exposure in manufacturing environment and experience of people management is preferred

·       Take the initiative to change and pro-actively build up competency controlling team

·       Capability to drive performance and change

·       Fluent in both oral and written English
