What are my responsibilities?
· Undertaking material availability analyses, expediting purchasing and supply sources in order to guarantee timely availability of materials.
· Creating the Purchasing order, and guarantee timely availability of materials
· Tracing the ordering and delivery processes of suppliers in order to take corrective measures in good time and be able to provide suitable information
· Tracing the NCR and complete the claiming
· Undertaking monitoring of inventory levels for maintaining, investing and undertaking intelligent logistical management in order to guarantee high supply levels with minimum inventories in a cost-effective way.
· Checking the content of supplier invoices in order to identify differences and obtain clarification
· Operating or supporting a active supplier management scheme by passing on information in order to obtain the best performance from suppliers.
· Participating in working groups to inform oneself and others about the product/supplier policy and to exert influence accordingly.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
· Bachelor’s Degree or above with 3-5 years working in logistics of in related functional area
· International project experience with collaboration within international teams is a must.
· Experience in international working environment is a must
· Having worked as production planner/ strategy buyer/ customs declarer is a plus.
