Job Description
Responsibilities:
? Research and develop the tools, machines and equipment for manufacturing
? Integrate the facilities and systems for producing quality products with optimal expenditure
? Take the lead of trial run production, coordinate with other department like R&D, quality, logistics
? Monitor and keep the main KPIs of shop floor(SQDP) to continuous improvement
? Analysis quality problem with engineering and quality department to find out root cause of problem happen in production.
? Cooperate with industrial engineer to improve production layout and material and information flow
