Key job responsibilities
STM (Site Technical Manager) is the single threaded owner for manufacturing technical issues for assigned projects with our CM (Contract Manufacturers), focus on FATP (Final Assembly, Testing, Packaging) process.

The STM - Packaging Automation role is specialized to drive the packaging automation efforts across our CMs. This role will collaborate with internal and external teams to design and review packaging automation solutions, resolve technical challenges, qualify the automation machines, and lead future automation initiatives that adapt the latest technologies of the industry.

About the team
Global Manufacturing & Operation team manage our device product CMs (contract manufacturers) from both operation and manufacture engineering perspectives.
