Then come and join our global team as Facility Engineer to optimize our facility administration and maintenance.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

1.     You will be responsible for the management of Facility equipment (HVAC system, plumbing system, process cooling water system, Security, Fire-fighting, special gas supply, sewage water and waste gas treatment etc.).

2.     You will be responsible for the management of Facility equipment (including power distribution, compress air, lighting system, drainage system etc.).

3.     You will deal with and manage the relationship with the service supplier； Maintain and improve the existing service & cooperation. Make reasonable facilities maintenance plans, and good spare parts plans.

4.     You will be responsible for the management of Facility infrastructure (buildings, greening, cleaning, floor, modification and expansion, etc.).

5.     You will be responsible for site security daily inspection & monitor，and annual fire drill.

Your qualifications and experience:

1.     You have bachelor’s degree, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, etc.

2.     You have more than 3 years’ experience in facility management, preferably with HVAC of cleaning room.

3.     You have more than 2 years’ maintenance and repairing experiences of facility infrastructure, as well as experience in electrical maintenance, preferably automatic control.

4.     You have good ownership, teamwork & communication skill.
