Then come and join our global team as Financial Analyst to implement Siemens Healthineers guideline and R/IC to ensure books and records, offer transparent and professional analysis / advice to support key decision making, ensure tax & legal compliance, and drive continuous productivity improvement.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

1.      You will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting: CAPEX & OPEX planning, capacity & headcount planning, productivity measures, etc.

2.      You will handle month end closing activities, ensure data accuracy and high quality of monthly financial reports.

3.      You will be responsible for financial analysis: timely delivery of product cost analysis, including material, labor and overhead, provide comments and alerts, etc. Deep understand and well control operational expenses. Support on production KPI analysis.

4.      You will be partner of Operation department, deep involve in production related projects, provide business plan and support on project and product cost review at each milestone. Drive productivity improvement of whole factory.

5.      You will be responsible for standard cost update, and provide the analysis for monthly variance.

6.      You will support on internal control management.

7.      You will support audit related activities: prepare PBC list, provide audit evidence, etc.

Your qualifications and experience:

1.      You have bachelor degree or above in Finance or Economics.

2.      You have more than 5 years' experience in finance / accounting area, min. 2 years MNC experience in costing function.

3.      You have advanced SAP and Office skills, esp. excel.

4.      You have strong ownership, good teamwork and communication skills.

5.      You have good oral and written English.

6.      CICPA or ACCA is a plus.
