Then come and join our global team as Quality Management System Engineer to develop, maintain and optimize a consistent local quality management system.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

1. Development, establishment, maintenance and optimization of Quality Management System according to ISO 13485, ISO 9001, MDD, MDR and Siemens internal requirements.

2. Review and control Quality Agreements with Customers.

3. Organize, execute and escort Audits and Inspections (inc. internal audit, customer audit and 3rd party inspections) and prepare quality management review.

4. Manage and control CAPAs and Changes.

5. QMS related training management (Quality awareness, CAPA methods, TP owner).

6. Overall Quality Projects (e.g. NCC, Change Management, audit skills).

Your qualifications and experience:

1. You have bachelor’s degree, major in Engineering, Science or Management.

2. You have more than 5 years’ experience of Quality Management System, with 2 years’ audit experience, prior Medical Device manufacturing experience is a plus.

3. You have good ownership, communication and organization skill.

4. You have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
