Job Description

Overview\:

Oracle's SaaS Customer Success organization enables our customers to achieve the highest business value and profit from their investment in Oracle Cloud. The organization includes Customer Success Managers that are driving the value realization to SaaS Customers by providing services such as Success Plan, Business Review and Value Adoption. As part of this organization, the Strategic Programs team leads and drives critical projects and deliverables for the Customer Success organizations in EMEA and JAPAC. As part of the Strategic Program Team, you will be supporting mainly 2 Program Managers in their daily tasks being a contributor for the delivery of different projects.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities\:

·      Validate documents against a check list for auditing purposes

·      Follow-up with different stakeholders and consolidate feedback using Excel, Word and PowerPoint

·      Build PowerPoint slides based on given instructions and content

·      Update program specific Confluence pages based on input

·      Maintain internal content management folders up to date

·      Build Surveys based on pre-defined questions

·      Produce step-by-step process documentation

·      Develop and maintain action items repository

·      Produce recurrent reports based on data from Operations (pre-agreed format)

·      Monitor existing reports and flag issues based on pre-defined criteria

·      Support Business Transformation Initiatives on request

·      Support the data quality process for Value Adoption Program

 

Skills\:

·      1-year experience providing admin support

·      Adaptability

·      Thirst for knowledge – fast learner

·      Demonstrate a “can do” attitude

·      Detailed oriented

·      Use of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio (nice to have)

Qualifications\:

      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, business, or related field

      Fluency in spoken and written English, desirable additional language skills in other European Languages.

!|!Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.

Work with small, minimally complex clients to develop long term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues/replenish/renews contract with Oracle. Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify product expansion/up sell opportunities.

Duties and tasks are standard. Completes own role with guidance and within defined policies and procedures. Typically 0 to 2 years of professional experience.
