Job Description

The role of Customer Experience Partner is to actively build strong relationships with customers and to gain understanding of their business, to deliver excellent customer service and maximise sales opportunities. This will include proactively identifying new customer opportunities and developing existing customer relationships to deliver volume and L&S targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Be responsible for customer satisfaction, own and manage customer facing activities. Follow code of email/phone in daily communication with customer
  • Deliver best service to customer with Safmarine way and build strong relationship with customer
  • Ensure smooth execution of the whole shipment end to end shipping cycle, by taking ownership and working closely with customers/internal cross functions through proactive cooperation and resolution handling
  • Ensure consistent service level delivery when in backup scenario
  • Responsible for key account business development and maintain relationship to deliver assigned target
  • Accountable for existing CIF business track and drive growth
  • Proactively identify, propose and develop new/lost clients for business growth
  • Identify L&S opportunities and materialize them through understanding customer’s needs and pain, establishing workable and profitable resolution for customer, closely cooperating with cross functions to deliver service with good quality and providing after-sale service to ensure customer’s satisfaction
  • Proactively raise improvement areas and participate in improvement action
  • Always comply with company procedure and regulatory requirements, including claim policy
  • Understand company strategy, vision & mission
  • Always behave in a manner consistent with company values
