Sales Assistant 销售助理
What are my responsibilities?
· Provide professional support to Sales/ Bidding team with product / marketing knowhow.
· Incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail/fax)
- receive, open, sort all incoming mail
- bring to the attention of department manager any important requests for action ensure despatch of outgoing mail
· Time Management:
-Update department head and manager's working calendar; Organize/coordinate meeting schedule of GM; and prepare necessary documents for the meetings/events.
· Office administration work
-Order stationeries and pantry supplies; Keep the office facilities in good conditions and request service from in-house service groups; Organize driver's working schedule and other departmental issues.
· Preparation of documents in assistance to department manager
- Prepare drafts of letters, memos, faxes, reports for the department manager upon request
- Prepare minutes of meeting for meetings chaired by department manager upon request and ensure that it is distributed accordingly after approved from department manager.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
· Sales and bidding knowhow.
· 3-5 years in a corresponding function with manufacturing in an international environment,
· International project experience with collaboration within international teams is a plus.
· Experience in international working environment is a plus
· Having worked in a different country is a plus.
· Fluent English and Chinese communication (both writing and speaking)
· MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
· General understanding of Siemens Products and Markets
· Knowledge of MS products will be value added
· Knowledge of Financing / project commercial will be value added
· Time management
· Strong communication skills
· Team player
