Job Description

Overseeing Activations Account Management across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines. Reporting to Senior Director, SEA, responsibilities include:

Leadership

  • Day-to-day leadership of the SEA Account Management of Activation products (Context & Audience).
  • Key member of the SEA GTM Leadership team taking on ad-hoc projects across the SEA organisation to drive cross-business, cross-functional improvement.
  • Working in a matrix organisation, ensure we are delivering exceptional financial results and client service excellence to agency, direct, platform and publisher partners.

OKRs

Driving use of OKRs, tasks and initiatives both personally and with individuals within the SEA Account Management team.

GTM Activity

Lead from the front, personally contributing towards and measuring team activity rates across client meetings, reactive/proactive briefs, network development and opportunity creation for new and existing business.

Culture

Build and support a culture and team spirit that expects high-performance, recognises team success, ensures outstanding contributions are recognised internally and works collaboratively with all internal stakeholders.

Evangelism

Evangelises Oracle Advertising as a market leader across social media, during public speaking engagements, PR opportunities, industry press, exhibitions and conferences, award ceremonies and awareness opportunities.

Product

Facilitates feedback from SEA clients into ODC Product development.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years in client service/account management roles working with/for agencies, pubs, digital media/ad:tech service providers; Market, business and cultural knowledge of SEA and the wider JAPAC region;
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising processes, techniques and the ad-tech ecosystem;
  • Deep subject matter expertise in display, mobile and/or video;
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, converting transactions to trusted partnerships;
  • Demonstrated track record building and growing revenue across assigned accounts;
  • Strong energy, drive and enthusiasm balanced with patience and persistence;
  • Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work in teams, across a matrix organisation and be flexible within a dynamic environment;
  • BA/BS degree required; masters preferred.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

  • Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying advertising technology solutions for clients. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations, demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sales cycle.
  • As part of the Oracle Advertising SEA team you will direct and manage pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle. Provides technical/functional leadership to the Account Management team in the development and implementation of customer applications and customer products. Participates in account planning and strategy development. May publish technical information of specific applications and/or technical articles. Works with regional management to define new products. Serves as the company liaison on specific technical projects with customers.
  • Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Knowledge of ad:tech industry relating to all aspects of targeted advertising solutions. Demonstrated leadership skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability to travel as needed.
