Job Description
Responsible for driving sales effectiveness through development and execution of clearly articulated communication and training plans, content/sales messaging, processes and tools to enable the overall sales productivity of the sales team in achieving Oracle's short term and long term revenue goals. Responsible for messaging, value proposition, market and customer analysis, thought leadership and product evangelism for product line(s).

Manage GTM and sales effectiveness activities within the context of the overall corporate plan to meet company objectives. Focus on improving sales productivity, growth and effectiveness by more effectively helping the sales force identify and convert sales opportunities for the Oracle Cloud business. Conduct high-quality quantitative and qualitative analytics for long range planning and other major initiatives. Ensure successful deployment of tools, processes, and collateral to improve sales productivity and effectiveness. Continuously improve content adoption metrics and sales effectiveness best practices. Lead the development of policies that align with the messaging, positioning, competitive differentiation and GTM strategy for product(s) or product line(s). Collaborate with product managers to drive product launch, maintenance, and retirement efforts.

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Practical internet knowledge. Software business management experience. 4 years technical marketing experience. Previous development experience or developer marketing experience desired. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Successful track record in management. BA/BS/MBA degree .
