Job Description

Overall Responsibilty for the territory sales, third party alliances and customer satisfaction.
Region (Latin America Spanish Speaking Countries): Mexico, Colombia, Centro America, Caribe, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay.
To develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to maximizes Oracle's opportunities across all Solutions: Oracle Specific Utilities Industry Solution and ERP, EPM

Manage accurate sales forecasting reports, and manage the end to end sales pipeline. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Sells and promotes  Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale.
Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
Builds working relationships with internall teams in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.
To monitor sales performance with the goal of expanding Oracle´s market share. Collaborative approach to interact and coordinate with internall Solutions and Pre Sales Teams, and with external partners.

Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of the right sales strategy together with associated activities for catching potential new customers’ attention
To deliver a right research and analysis of the competition for each opportunity.
Involvement in the development of Oracle´s market research and sales strategy.
Growth new customer leads and opportunities within the territory (via referals, networking, events participation, presentations, others)
Meet sales goals in accordance with the company targets
Maintain regular contact with customers and Oracle partners

-  Minimum five or more years sales or sales management experience within technology industry for Energy & Utilities Sector

- Language: Spanish and English

- Knowledge of Specific Industry Solutions for Energy & Utilities Customers (CIS, ADMS, Metering, EAM, Others)

- Business results-oriented

- Be pro-active and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Provides leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. 12 years applicable experience including 9 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
