CX Senior Sales Representative 

 

Based in Singapore, you are an individual contributor responsible to selling Oracle CX – Sales and Service Cloud solutions to Enterprise Clients.

With this large demand on connected Customer Experiences, Oracle is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to help brands leverage Oracles CX platforms with a focus on our B2C Marketing Platform, Responsys, our B2C Service platform, Service Cloud and for our telecommunications businesses, Oracles new groundbreaking technology specifically made for telco’s and leveraging the TMF framework to ensure the best of breed for these businesses.

In this role, you will have at least 5+ years experience in selling SaaS platforms to brands and understand what it means for a business to increase their online channels or shift to a new SaaS platform. You will have worked at Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft, or other bespoke vendors like Braze, Genesys, SAS and others in this same market.

You will have a strong acumen in Customer Experience platforms and know how important the customer journey is from first touch via email, phone call, chat or purchase all the way to servicing and retaining these customers for those brands. You understand the importance of brands continually evolving their channels and customer records so that customers feel like they are known to the businesses and you want to help brans gain this capability with the Oracle CX solutions.

Your overall focus areas will be prospecting, developing sales opportunities, responding to RFPs, developing proposals and presentations to customers, and selling Oracle’s CX solutions.  You will define, develop and evolve your sales strategy to exceed your sales performance target. You will utilize your excellent relationship building, sales and negotiation skills to be successful in this role.  We are looking for new business hunter who possesses knowledge and experience dealing in this vertical, leveraging on his/her existing network.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Work directly with customers, or through Oracle partners, to capture sales opportunities, and to work effectively across functions such as presales, sales consultancy, marketing, business development towards successful closure of deals
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop effective go-to-market campaigns 
  • Prepare & deliver presentations of business application solutions to prospective clients
  • Drive pipe generation through cold calls, digital selling and working closely with business development team
  • Drive client engagement through presentations, and sales of Oracle CX’s value proposition across marketing, sales and service organizations
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale
  • Build and strengthen your business relationships with existing customers and ensure their needs are met
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
  • Manage sales through forecasting, account strategy, account planning, and updating CRM
  • Understand competitive landscape to adapt sales strategy and for sharing with internal teams
  • Travel to customer sites to develop & close sales opportunities
  • Follow cadences set up by your Manager to ensure timely status updates
  • Understand and follow internal defined processes to effectively carry out sales activities

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in business application technology or cloud solution (SaaS)
  • Proven record of success in selling Customer Experience Cloud (CX) solutions
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Excellent communication skill in English and Thai language
  • Excellent understanding of Thailand market
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent executive presence
  • Good problem solver with ability to build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships
  • Degree in any disciples from a recognized institution

 

Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).

Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience. Successful sales track record. Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers. Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
