We are looking for someone with previous experience in a sales operations team ideally with a focus on an opportunity to Order process, who is familiar with a broad range of sales processes and CRM concepts. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial and commercial Acumen. The role provides global support to the Oracle Construction and engineering Global business unit, primary responsibilities will be to increase the sales team productivity by assisting with all sale related processes. You understand pricing, contractual nuances and have excellent professional communication skills.
Experience using a CPQ system within a CRM will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities\:
- Supporting and assisting JAPAC CEGBU Sales Team on Oracle Tools including Sales Cloud, CPQ, DAS, Q.
- Serve as the trusted adviser to sales on all deal related matters, be the primary point of contact for all Sales Operations deliverables including deal design and pricing.
- Drive operational rigor and overall effectiveness of the sales function across various areas (e.g. sales pipeline management, data quality & accuracy, processes etc.)
- Provision of accurate and structured reports and business insights to meet business requirements.
- Manage and support the end of contract processes, Deal Desk processes, consumption tracking and other processes as required.
- Develop and deliver training, communication and support plans that influence sales team processes.
- Be the Subject matter expert on commission calculation across the various products and deal types.
- Being pro-active to create strong relationships with the Sales Reps and Managers in support of our revenue goals.
- Ad Hoc Territory and Account Management support throughout the year and end of fiscal year planning.
- Support legacy “Aconex” processes prior to operation integration in October, including contract variation amendment, salesforce.com opportunity and order management, product fulfilment management and legacy pricing tool guidance.
Required skills and experience\:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a sales support role
- At least 1 years of experience managing an opportunity to order process within a CRM system
- Experience in contract management process (B-2-B) and in understanding and interpreting corporate engagements
- Proven track record of high attention to detail and process engineering in a continually changing environment
- Ability to organize and prioritize, maintain attention to detail, and work under critical timeframes
- Advanced excel and Microsoft office product suite proficiency
- Oracle sales cloud and\\or salesforce.com experience advantageous
- Skilled in working in a cross functional environment with team members from Sales, Legal, Finance and revenue departments.
- CPQ experience looked upon favorably

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.!|!
