Job Description
Job Objective: Advisor to a sales leader or functional leader, such as Finance, Operations, or Marketing on forecasting, pipeline management. Works to coordinate Sales Operations function in emerging markets with centralized shared service team.
Essential Job Functions:
- Partner with Sales/Functional teams to drive pipeline development/management, and reliable forecasts.
- Gathers and analyzes information from various business systems including Oracle, QlikView, and Salesforce.com to make decisions affecting pricing and product delivery.
- Provides guidance for monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews, account planning and forecasting.
- Assists customer care and/or sales team to ensure that escalations are handled properly to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.
- Effectively work area(s) of responsibility to defined KPI’s.
- Advise local Sales Team on rebate and coop programs to ensure customers take full advantage of marketing programs.
- Provide Sales/Functional Leadership with reporting and analytics on a scheduled and as needed basis.
- Responsible for SFDC Data integrity and quality (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Contracts, Leads). Must drive accuracy of information in Salesforce.com
- Provide ad hoc reporting or project work as needed by manager or partnered sales leader.
- Coordinate onboarding of new sales staff.
- Contract administration and organization.
- Work cross functionally and collaborate as needed.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize work effectively
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant job experience
- 3 years in a Sales Operations, Sales, Finance and/or Operational role
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and influence others
- Experience with CRM programs (SF.com, Oracle on Demand), SAP/Oracle ERP systems and proficiency in Windows operating system.
- Strong problem solving skills, sound judgement, and ability to effectively influence decision-making.
- Proven experience participating in cross-functional teams and/or other significant complex projects.
- Financial management skills, and experience managing metrics-oriented performance objectives.
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills.
- No travel is required.
