Sales Planning & Operations Manager - WD30076370192
Job Responsibility
Business Planning
- Lead short term and long term planning processes in terms of 5 year STRAT plan, Annual profit plan, quarterly forecast, cycle-forecast, BTC and etc.
- Responsible for annual commercial policy design and implementation
- Responsible for sales target allocation by sales force, areas, channels
Sales Analysis
- Provide regular sales analysis reports for gap closure
- Provide regular reports on tracking key performance metrics in terms of collection, distribution points, new customer pipeline and etc…
Business Operation
- Responsible for calculation and validation of customer warranty, rebate, promotion and sales incentives
- Take lead to propose & optimize sales operation processes
- Other ad-hocs
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in marketing, business management or relevant majors
- At least 8 years’ experience in sales support or business operation function
- In-depth understanding of business, goals and objectives, strategies and needs
- Strong command of English
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Can work under pressure
