- Sell the company’s medical devices products by interacting with established larger customers (physicians, medical labs, hospitals) and proactively create growth in territory.
- 通过与现有的大客户进行互动来销售公司产品,并且创造盈利
- Monitor sales activity, create and adopt a Business Plan per account and follow up on Account & Market evolution, plan and prepare forecasts by account, product and therapy for the given territory as well as propose expenses for meetings and/or customer activities including Proctor visits
- 观察销售活动,策划并实施业务计划,紧跟 Account & Market 变化,策划并准备预报,为特定地区提供产品与疗法以及会议或者客户活动的费用的预算,包括代理人参观
- Establish customer contact and strengthen relationships
- Maintain the in-service of products and ensure that customers are provided with adequate technical, product and in-service support, train customers on product use and ensure after sales service by a continued follow with of the customers.
- 维护产品服务,确保客户获得的技术、产品与服务支持,培训客户的产品知识,通过与客户保持持续的沟通保证售后服务
- Support marketing by reporting data in SFDC (Data collection, competitor and customer activities) and execute marketing strategy
- 通过SFDC的数据(数据收集,竞品与客户活动)支持市场工作,实行市场策略
- Prepare and negotiate price offers. Tender and contracts in collaboration with Manager supervision
- 准备并协商报价。与经理合作招投标工作和合同
- Monitor and administer the Area (and Product Line) expense budgets to ensure control of costs
- 监督并管理区域内(产品线)费用预算实现成本控制
- Responsible for inventory management (ordering, shipment, swap & scrap).
- 负责库存管理(下单,运输,退换与报废)
- Create Sales Monthly reports outlining sales activities, product promotions, competition products and price, tenders, etc.
- 制作销售月报,对销售活动、产品推广、竞品及其价格、招投标等事宜进行汇报。
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 本科学历
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills
- 优秀的表达能力与人际交往能力
- Solid problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- 扎实的问题解决能力与批判性思维
- Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards; full knowledge in sales and marketing
- 全面理解及应用各项原则、理念、实践、标准,全面了解销售与市场
- Extensive product / market / industry knowledge
- 扩展产品、市场、行业知识
