Job Description
What are my responsibilities?
- Work together with relevant stakeholders in project pre-requisition phase/feasibility study phase to influence customer towards Siemens solutions.
- Define Bid/Win Strategy together, including market situation, Customer’s value orientation and preference, Competition Analysis, target price/efficiency, etc.
- Establish the most suitable and competitive technical solution based on bid/win strategy, including but not limited to selecting the right type of equipment, scope of supply and optimized components, Responsible for the technical clarification and negotiation with customer.
- Coordinate with proposal team to prepare the tender document within customer requested time period; Go through internal process for GO/NO GO, BID/NO BID, T-LOA, etc.
- Support Commercial negotiation. Handover contract to PM. Adjust where necessary to bring the project to a success
- Establish and maintain the partnership with Design Institutes, Distributor, EPC contractors, supporting them from technical side. Channel performance review mechanism setup.
- Update market and customer requirements/trends for related product developments; Support localization plan, Reference Power Study as well as other company strategies
- Drive sales team, drive sales process, achieve sales target
- People management: within functional area select, deploy and develop employees under relevant statutory legislation and company policies; aligns all members toward team excellence in order to ensure long-term company success with motivated high calibrate employees
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor degree and above. Major in Engineering, Automation and etc.
- Good command of English and mandarin speaking
- >10 years in related experience in the Power Industry.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience related to Sales and Tendering.
- Willing to accept business trip
- Good parternership with team
