Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Security is a fast-growing organization within IBM, focused on innovation, expertise and growth. IBM seeks to hire a Security Software Sales Representative who will be responsible for developing Security specific solutions that address client’s business needs and deliver client value, while supporting IBM Security business strategies. The candidate will work to create solutions which are tailored to the client’s business needs and integrate the security capabilities in a way that is valued by the customer. The candidate will apply industry specific Cyber knowledge and experience to bring new business and technology and insights to the assigned territories.This Security Portfolio Sales Representative will be working within presales team and will be responsible for the sales of IBM® Security products in territory of Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Albania. The candidate is highly effective with a proven track record of delivering results, excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and business development experience in the information security industry.
Key Performance Indicators:
• Meet revenue and margin goals
• Focus on building customer sales pipeline.
• Demonstrated ability to work with channel partners to develop customer relationships, transfer technical skills and ensure clients are provided with the best available IBM solutions
• Negotiate with multiple levels of customer management, resulting in closing of the sale

- Experience selling IT security solutions.- Experience selling Software - minimum 5 years.
- Experience selling into C-level security/compliance/privacy executives.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience prospecting for new business and developing warm leads.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Strong work ethic, personal integrity, and passion for building the next big thing.
- Fluent English.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
-Familiar with IBM Security Solutions.-Knowledge of SIEM, Identity, Cloud Security, DB Security, Incident Responses Solutions.
