ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1.            Provide program management direction and oversight in support of GPS strategic initiatives in relation to the data center security program through the development of all hazard intelligence reporting. These include but not limited to:

• Create content and produce intelligence reports and deliverables using a variety of internal and external sources for different teams.
• Deliver both written and oral executive briefings tailored to key stakeholders.
• Provide crisis management expertise through risk intelligence and analysis at corporate level.
• Communicate intelligence and analysis of security threats effectively in various forms with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Able to synthesize and clearly communicate complex findings to focus on critical issues and actionable opportunities.

2.            Provide risk analysis and assessments to ensure data centers locations meet security standards and provide recommendations through vulnerability and gap analysis.

• Performs risk assessment to ensure physical security compliance with diverse auditory requirements including but not limited to SSAE 18, ISO, and PCI.
• Work closely with key stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure risk intelligence analysis and products are mapped to prioritized company assets and risks.

Performs additional functions as directed by the Director, GPS Global Data Center Security Operations as necessary in order to achieve assigned business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a minimum 5 years in roles with relevant or similar responsibilities managing security intelligence analysis programs

• Experience of crisis management as it relates to physical security and intelligence analysis at corporate level.
• Ability to communicate and articulate with a high level of proficiency in both the written and verbal format at all levels up to and including Corporate Executive leadership.
• Adept at customer service skills.
• Must be a team player ideally with global exposure to working with individuals from different cultures, backgrounds and experiences.
• Ability to show experience in above required essential functions is mandatory.
• BS/BA Degree desirable but not mandatory (Master’s in a related field preferred).
• Industry certifications are preferred, but not required.

Provides security services on company premises.

Responsible for security in a specified facility or region. Conduct theft investigations. Provide security for sensitive exit interviews. Act as liaison between company and law enforcement agency. Implement corporate security policies and procedures. May be responsible for managing contract guard personnel.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
