Senior Campaign Specialist,

We are looking for a reliable, passionate and motivated individual with a genuine interest in the role, the industry and continuing knowledge development. Working exclusively in the digital/online space, this role may require the eclectic mix of coding skills and experience, exceptional communication skills and a team-focused attitude.

Key Deliverables\:


•    Creation of test plans, QA, campaign launch, and post-deployment analysis
•    Set and manage customer expectations appropriately and ensure that these expectations are consistently met or exceeded
•    Ensure overall client satisfaction through timely and accurate completion of projects
•    Contribute to the development and evolution of Campaign Services processes and documentation
•    Provide regular account updates to Client-facing teams

Desired skills & experience\:
•    Strong knowledge of HTML (email a major plus) and/or quality assurance for interactive campaigns
•    Experience in the email marketing or interactive marketing industry is highly desirable
•    Ideal candidate will excel at being a team worker, cool under pressure and very detail oriented
•    Qualified to Degree level or with equivalent experience
 
Requirements\:
•    Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly produce high-quality, error-free work
•    Excellent communication (both verbal and written)
•    Team management experience
•    Ability to manage time effectively, be a good team player and able to work independently
•    Solid knowledge of HTML (hand code only, no WYSIWYG editors)
•    An understanding of cross-browser and email environments (Firefox, IE, Safari, Chrome)

The following capabilities are ideal, but not required\:
•    Email deployment experience
•    SQL scripting experience
•    Web reporting and analytics experience
•    API / DB integration experience (e.g. web services)
•    Experience in product training and/or technical writing a plus

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
