We are growing the business and have requirement for additional Senior Cloud Integration Architect who have excellent technology skills, coupled with delivery experience ideally using Oracle software in Cloud environment. So, we are looking for an innovative Architect to develop and implement systems architecture that will meet business needs. The Architect’s responsibilities include gathering requirements and functional specifications, assessing the current software systems in place in order to identify areas in need of improvement, and overseeing development teams. You should also be able to regularly update the Client on any developments in our systems architecture projects.

To be successful as an Architect, you should be able to integrate any updated specifications and requirements into the systems architecture. As Senior Architect you should be able to explain complex problems to management in layman’s terms.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Assist Consulting Sales Representatives in drafting and reviewing proposal, and contract exhibits.
• Work closely with the client within the project team to assure delivery against key business and technology requirements.
• Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it.
• Building and integrating information systems to meet the Customer’s needs.
• Take full accountability for the architectural solution of a project
• Providing supervision and guidance to development teams.
• Perform code and design reviews.
• Hands-on experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale or current hands on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience
• Resolving technical problems as they arise.
• Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes if needed.
• Acting as ambassadors for Oracle Technology and Cloud solutions throughout a customer engagement
• Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.

• QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 8-10 years proven experience in engineering and software architecture design. Ideally the candidate will have experience in filling a position as Senior Cloud Integration Architect in large scale, complex custom developed project.
• A minimum of 3 years experience of full life cycle of application development project based on Oracle Technology or Systems implementation. Alternatively, experience implementing similar solutions will be considered.
• In-depth understanding of:
  • Architecture, Technology and Integration patterns
  • Coding languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript)
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Aptitude to work as part of cross line of business teams.
• Experience will be in customer-facing roles, preferably as part of an IT professional services organization.
• Self-motivated, able to thrive in an environment where your next engagement and challenge is not prescribed to you.
• Experience of a wide range of implementation methodologies and the ability to select the right approach to delivery team based upon need and client maturity (e.g. Waterfall , Stage Gate, Agile )
• Education and experience expected (or similar):
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Oracle Technology product knowledge (Database, Development tools) experience preferred
  • 3 years of relevant progressive experience in Cloud based software development.
  • Fluent communication in English and Hungarian

As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.

8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.
