RESPONSIBILITIES\:
- design and implementation of fully automated provisioning, high availability and disaster recovery infrastructure based on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- development and implementation of best practices in configuration management and monitoring
- develop and maintain documentation
- review changes introduced by other colleagues
- communicate with other teams standardizing approaches and help to refactor existing infrastructure
QUALIFICATIONS\:
- Strong technical background
- 3 years of experience in DevOps
- hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Oracle Cloud, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure)
- hands-on experience with containers and Docker
- excellent knowledge of Linux OS
- good knowledge of shell scripting
- good knowledge of orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker Swarm, Ansible, Puppet, etc.) is a big plus
- excellent troubleshooting skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
!|!Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
