As an EMEA Senior Cloud Solution Engineer, you will be supporting Cloud Sales and Presales teams within the EMEA Applications business. The team specializes in how we run the Public Cloud, Cloud Security, and how Oracle meets Compliance obligations. These topics are paramount for any cloud considerations for customers & prospects and are key areas of differentiation for Oracle’s Cloud portfolio.

This role will be within the EMEA Cloud Technology Team, supporting the Oracle SaaS Applications business, covering all SaaS applications ERP, HCM, and CX.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

·        Develop and deliver high quality and customer-oriented answers in Oracle RFXs

·        Able to work independently and engage and build relationships with other internal stakeholders involved in the bidding process, taking full ownership and accountability of the Cloud Technology answers.

·        Able to articulate and present with confidence RFXs answers, internally and directly with Customers and Prospects.

·        Able to deliver and articulate, effective, and audience-appropriate pre-sales presentations/ workshops with technically oriented content at various events/meetings to both small and large audiences.

·        Maintain deep knowledge around Oracle Cloud Technology, Cloud Security and Cloud Compliance

·        Provide internal and external advocacy on Cloud Technology aligned to the organizational operational model.

 

What You’ll Bring:

 

·        7 - 10 years business experience preferred; vendor experience also preferred

·        2-3 years of relevant experience in cyber-security

·        Educated to degree level

·        Excellent presentations skills & team player

·        CCSK certification or an equivalent industry certification mandatory.

·        Fluent English & French at a native level. Able to articulate key messages in presentations in front of Customers and Prospects.

Ability to implement the most advanced product features. Thorough knowledge of system and application design. In depth knowledge of competitors. Demonstrated project management skills. Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication. Ability to travel as needed. A/BS degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable.
